...this probably isn't a series that needs introduction. i've been Aware of it since around the black and white era (i still have a bunch of beanie babies from then) but i didn't actually sit down and play any of the games for myself until i played sun in 2017. i had a copy of white 2 when i was little but i never got very far... i was scared of video game boss battles as a tiny child and gym leaders registered as such. so i would just wander around floccesy ranch and catch a bunch of lillipups and name them after my dog and then restart once i got to the gym.
(isn't it wack how expensive the ds pokemon games are these days? at least there's emulation...)
