vocal synthesisers are.. software used to synthesise voices in music. i've worded things more generally since there's a lot of 'em out there, but you've probably heard of vocaloid if you're aware of them at all, and if not... hatsune miku at least.
ive listened to vsynth music for a really long time ! when i was little i would read through the list of scary vocaloid songs on tvtropes and listen to each one as i went and get scared.

doremifa rondo my beloved :] 40mp is married to a utaite, and this song was created to celebrate them having a baby :]. if you look closely at the chorus with the family members in the video for it, you can see that the parents are drawn as them. cute!
pinnochiop
i was given a dvd with a bunch of vocaloid pvs on it for my 12th birthday. one of the songs in that was rotten heresy and chocolate, and from that pinnochiop was one of the first producers i remember specifically liking :] apple dot com god-ish nice to meet you, mr. earthling
i remember seeing something a while ago about a very christian cover youtuber taking down his cover of god-ish because he'd gotten even more christian since he posted it. its still a little funny to me..
oster project
alice in musicland was another song on that dvd i was obsessed with. probably partly because it was like 10 minutes long and that fascinated me. my other early exposure to oster project's music was probably love ward of all songs being featured in a just dance game. there's been a couple of vocaloid songs in just dance (all credited to miku instead of the producers :/) but the other ones were like. uber popular ones like po pi po and llevan polka. now i think about it, oster made so many of the songs i fell in love with first. trick and treat was one of my favorites from the Scary Songs list. on the rocks summer idol miracle paint
